Yes! We offer custom vinyl to and a name or phrase to your balloon. We can also create custom tassels to match your theme.

Ballon life depends on a variety of factors.

For latex, smaller 9-12”helium balloons will generally last from 8 to 12 hours (2-4x longer with hi-float), while the larger ones can last up to 2-3 days. Foil balloons typically last from 3 to 5 days, up to a few weeks.

While we cannot guarantee the float time. We do our best to give them the best chance to stay full and float as long as possible.

Balloon garlands can last several weeks when stored inside and away from direct sunlight.

Balloon Garlands displayed outdoors are susceptible to the elements and are best used for same day events.

We use 100% biodegradable latex balloons (made in the US) as well as mylar foil balloons. We use the highest quality balloon available. The latex balloons are coated with a glue that can extend the life of the balloon from 18-48 hours, sometimes even multiple days, depending on their size.

Balloon installations last anywhere from 1 day to 3 months depending on the conditions. Helium is very sensitive to extreme heat and cold, meaning that the lifespan of your balloons could be effected by the temperature of your house or the weather outside.

Helium in foil contract with the cold. If your balloons have been in the cold bring them inside and they should puff up a bit.

We cannot guarantee your balloons will last at all once they have been delivered or picked up. Toddlers, tree branches, brick walls, hot cars, and nails are just a few examples of things that can pop your helium balloons. Once delivered, Poppytots is not held responsible for any balloons that are popped, stolen, lost, poked or let go of. If WE pop your balloon, it will be replaced at no charge or a refund will be issued if we're unable to get a replacement in time.

Customized jumbos and all other helium filled orders are non-refundable. If you need to change your order or delivery date please contact us asap.
