One of our most popular products! Tissue paper tassels cascade delicately from this giant balloon. It makes a huge impact at either a small gathering or large event.

Requires about 45 minutes of assembly. We machine cut our tassels from premium grade tissue paper, for crisp edges and rich color.

IMPORTANT: Tassel Tails™ are DIY kits. The fringe on each tassel is pre-cut, so all you need to do is fold the paper to make loops at the top of each tassel. The entire Tassel Tail™ may take up to 45 mins to assemble, so please plan ahead.
